The aggregator documents also state that applications may be submitted to one or more credit providers as part of the broking process. 

Of course, all applications remain subject to lender approval, lending criteria, and responsible lending obligations.

If you ever have a concern about our service, you can contact us directly and we will work to resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible. The supplied broker documents direct complaints to director@getaloan.com.au and note that unresolved complaints may be escalated to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority after 45 days.
